Job Description
- Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our Edu-tech solutions, understand their needs, and position our offerings effectively.
- Convincing and Persuasion: Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to engage potential customers, build rapport, address concerns, and ultimately convince them of the value proposition of our products.
- Pitching: Develop compelling sales pitches and presentations tailored to different client needs, showcasing the benefits and features of our Edu-tech solutions.
- Lead Generation: Actively prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including but not limited to networking, referrals, online research, and industry events.
- Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their ongoing needs, and providing solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and product enhancements to drive continuous improvement.
